Workers have been generally unsupervised. BoQ off by about 20% which I believe is as a result of leaving the workers to their own devices most of the time. Contractor should have scaffolding in their tool kit because what will I do with all the plucks after they are done using it - if they are still available at the time Communication and time management is quiet good.
I found out about the work Mr. Sebastian does through a friend who he had made a rhino ceiling for, my friend convinced me to hire him and I did. I must admit he did a perfect and neat job. I was impressed beyond measure and I plan on hiring him again.
