Katende Retirement Home: Building One Step At A Time
In November 2022, our clients, a retired couple, commenced their retirement home build with Rivuuz. The initial phase involved installing a gate and barbed wire fence, completed seamlessly within two days. In July 2023, we facilitated water siting and borehole drilling, ensuring a hassle-free experience before construction began.

Caretaker's House: A Staged Progression
November 2022 saw the start of constructing a 2-room caretaker house and storage. Led by Rivuuz Builder, Peter Musonda, the build unfolded in stages, with our team overseeing coordination, inspections, and material delivery. In just two months, the caretaker's house was ready, keeping our clients informed throughout via our meticulous project management.
Main House: Guiding Smooth Progress
With the caretaker's house completed in December, the main house construction, led by skilled builder Samson Phiri, began in January. Regular weekly updates kept our clients abreast of the progress, ensuring transparency and peace of mind. Rivuuz remains committed to guiding and supporting clients through a seamless construction journey, ensuring dreams become reality.
