Chalala Full Home Renovation

Our client, a Zambian lady living in Norway, reached out to us with a pressing home renovation project. Her tenant, who had been living in the house for over 10 years decided to move out, leaving behind a house in need of full house repairs and improvements.

First thing first, we conducted a site assessment to identify all areas requiring renovations. Once the assessment was done, Rivuuz Pros prepared quotations and outlined a detailed scope of work, ensuring transparency and clarity for our client.

Detailed Planning and Execution

We began the renovation process with the master bedroom bathroom, once that was done our pros progressed through the remaining sections of the house. Tackling one mini project at a time within the larger construction job.

The main projects tackled in renovation were:

  1. Retiling and new plumbing fittings in the master bedroom bathroom
  2. Complete renovation of shared bathroom from bathtub to shower with room for a washing machine
  3. Complete renovation of the kitchen from wooden kitchen cabinets to concrete cabinets
  4. Replacing 6 rusted door frames and all doors in house
  5. Installing a booster pump
  6. Installing plumbing for a washing machine and dishwasher
  7. Full repainting of house interior and exterior

At each stage, we provided our client with transparent cost breakdowns, letting her budget effectively and make well-informed decisions regarding the renovation.

Seamless Communication Across Continents

Despite the geographical distance between our client in Norway and our operations, Rivuuz maintained seamless communication channels throughout the renovation process. We set up a WhatsApp group, scheduled regular phone calls, and video conferences, provided timely updates on progress, discussed any necessary adjustments, and promptly addressed our client's concerns and inquiries. It was like she was right there with us, making decisions and staying in the loop every step of the way.
