Jonathan came at short notice to fix a broken domestic washing machine. He did a good job but it was not major works. I asked the day before how much it would cost approximately but he said he needed to come and see it first. I showed him and again asked how much he thought it would cost but again he said he would need to assess the oven first. I ended up not getting a quotation but instead when he was done he gave me the price and for the work he did it was extremely overpriced even after negotiating. It was nothing complicated so I was shocked.
Jonathan and his colleague investigated the circumstance causing the leak and fixed it professionally. It would have been great if they brought their own ladder for wiring they needed to in the ceiling. The only reason he has received a 1 star is because I didn't receive a quotation before the job commenced.
