The job was started by another builder who did not do a very good job on it, the foundation was so weak that the slab on top started cracking. So we had to build another foundation around the initial weak foundation to make the house stronger building upwards. This involved putting in foundation blocks, rocks, steel bars and a larger quantity of concrete to make it much stronger. After this was done, then the house building going up began and we built to roof plate.
