I provide the design detailing to include construction documents for council approval, 3D illustration to include interior and exterior rendering, materials take off and construction process management.
I instruct and supervise installation of structural elements as the client provides the labor. This includes setting out, structural columns and beams, skimming, roofing to mention a few.
